Returns

If your jewelry is unworn and in its original condition, you may return it within 7 Days of receiving it.

Please contact us at andrea@vivajesus.co with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll guide you through the process with care.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Gift Cards and Sale Items are non-refundable.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original form of payment within 5–7 business days.
